Polish Guarantee

Regular (non-gel) nail polish lasts an average of 3-4 days on finger nails and longer on toenails. Gel polish lasts approximately 2 weeks. Many variables affect the longevity of your nail polish – your nail health and strength, your lifestyle, frequent hand washing or soaking are common culprits for nail polish chipping early. We absolutely care about your satisfaction. If your regular polish chips within 2 days or gel polish peels within 1 week, we’ll fix it for free! Please reach out to us within this timeframe to schedule your fix-up.

RESERVING YOUR EXPERIENCE

When  you are reserve an experience with us, we ask you to provide a credit card number to hold your reservation.  We can also use your gift card number to hold your reservation. Those without a credit card will be invited to take a chance at dropping in as a walk-in guest or to pre-pay your experience at least 2 business days prior to your experience.* When you check out at the end of your appointment we will confirm your preferred payment method prior to processing.

We recommend that you arrive about 10 minutes early for your experience to allow time to pick your polish and get comfortable.

Our Fees

Our fees may not be the least expensive in town, and in fact, they may be a teensy weensy bit more.  This is because we are committed to providing you with a high quality, toxin-free experience and we always have your health in mind.  We are medically owned and keep our promise to ensure the strictest sterilization practices. Because of this, our supplies cost us more than the “normal” nail salon or spa.

Published prices do not include sales tax or gratuity unless otherwise noted. Prices are subject to change without notice.  Please see refund policy for products and other retail items.

WE ARE FULL OF GRATITUDE FOR YOUR EARLY ARRIVAL

Please plan to arrive a minimum of 10 minutes before your reserved experience in order to properly prepare for your appointment (eg. pick your polish colour, choose your experience options, complete a short intake form).

We ask that you please bring open-toed sandals / flip flops to your pedicure appointment. While we do offer disposable footwear for guests who forget, we prefer to keep our landfills clear of these non-recyclable, non-biodegradable materials.

APPOINTMENT REMINDERS

If we have your email on file, we will send you an email reminder, or a text reminder with your cell number on file. Nourish is not responsible should you forget your reservation or mix up the time. Please see our Late Arrivals and Cancellation policies.

LATE ARRIVALS

If you are running late, please give us a call. We will do our best to accommodate late arrivals, however our experiences are reserved in specific increments of time.  If we are able to accommodate you, your reservation will be customized to fit your remaining experience time (full service fee will apply) to avoid delays for other guests.

GRATUITIES

18% to 20% is customary but of course this is left to your discretion for individual reservations. For reservations made for 4 or more people or for Private Parties/Events a 20% gratuity will be added automatically.

PRODUCT REFUNDS

Unopened and unused beauty care products and retail items with original packages without any visual damage, may be exchanged or applied as credit to your account to use for future products or services, with presentation of original receipt within 7 days of purchase.

Pre-book your next nourishing experience immediately following your most recent nourishment with us (at checkout) and SAVE 10% on your next visit!*  Amazing, right?  It’s just one of the extra ways we show you how much you mean to us.

*discount cannot be combined with any other offers, promotions, packages or discounted experiences.

*guests who cancel their reservation or reschedule within our 2 business day policy do not qualify to receive the pre-booking discount at their next scheduled experience

GIFT CARDS

Gift cards are available for purchase in-spa, online, or over the phone. As we are constantly innovative and changing our package offerings, gift cards purchased as packages will retain their value for 6 months from their initial date of purchase and then will be converted to cash value to be used toward other services and packages. Purchased gift cards do not expire. Gratuities are not included on gift cards and cannot be used for this purpose. Gift cards are non-refundable. Gift cards given as promotion for giveaways, donations or other initiatives may be used toward spa services only and expire within six months of assignment. Nourish is not responsible for lost gift cards.

We’re sorry, we do not accept Wayspa gift cards. 

FEELING UNWELL?

If you are feeling unwell we ask that you please reschedule your appointment.

CELL PHONES

We ask that you please turn your ringer and volume off and not talk on your phone during your appointment, as courtesy to other guests present.

MASK POLICY

We encourage our guests to do whatever feels best to them.  Masking is a personal choice. If you prefer your aesthetician to wear a mask while servicing you, simply ask  – we will be pleased to wear one to ensure you feel comfortable, safe and respected.

SILENT APPOINTMENT

Our staff are very well in tune with the energy of our guests and so will use your tone and body language to gauge your interest in verbal engagement during your appointment. However, please do not hesitate to ask for a silent appointment if you would like to enjoy some quiet time and avoid conversation with your aesthetician.  We completely understand your desire for quiet.  Regardless of the reason, you are always welcome to utilize this option.

LOST PERSONAL ITEMS POLICY

At Nourish, we strive to provide a relaxing and enjoyable experience for all our guests. To ensure a smooth and worry-free visit, we kindly ask all patrons to take note of the following policy regarding personal belongings:

  1. Responsibility for Personal Items:
    While we make every effort to maintain a safe and secure environment, Nourish is not responsible for any personal items that are lost, misplaced, or stolen during your visit.
  2. Refrain From Bringing Valuables:
    We recommend that guests avoid bringing valuable items to the spa.
  3. Check Your Items:
    Before leaving any treatment room or facility, please take a moment to ensure you have collected all your personal belongings.
  4. Lost and Found:
    Any items found on the premises will be kept in our Lost and Found for a limited time. Please contact the front desk as soon as possible if you believe you have lost something during your visit.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We truly appreciate you and your commitment to self-care. It deeply saddens us when you miss your reservation because we know how much you deserve that special YOU time. When appointments are canceled or changed at the last minute, it means someone on our waiting list misses out on their opportunity for self-care.

To ensure a seamless experience for everyone at Nourish, we kindly ask for your cooperation. Please honor yourself and your fellow guests by giving us at least 2 business days’ notice if you need to cancel or change your reservation. This allows us to accommodate others and maintain our high standard of service.
